This movie has everything.

I think the second half drags on for a bit and there's some strange things like the 3 minute character arc for those two WILLE , but the first half is literal perfection and the last 20 minutes are a really sweet sendoff to everyone. Rei finding a hobby was delightful.

It's like a Family Guy cutaway gag that goes on for way too long.
