Wandurden’s review published on Letterboxd:
A tightly composed little thriller, with notes of sorrow, romance, and “oh fuck yea” action.
Clocking in at just and hour and a half, Source Code takes full advantage of its abbreviated run time, keeping the viewer constantly on the edge of their seat.
IMO, it’s a film most enjoyed upon first viewing as its flaws are less pronounced and its mystery remains just that, a mystery. Had I reviewed this after my initial watch in 2011, I likely would’ve scored it half a point higher.
Also, I’ve found that there is a segment of the population which really, confoundingly, dislikes my boy Jake G. And so, in protest of these Gyllenhaters, an all Jake marathon shall begin.
