Sim, é uma metáfora, é sobre viver com o trauma, etc etc, mas não custava ter desenvolvido o primeiro plano da trama para que ela pelo menos fizesse sentido.
Ótima produção, Marjorie maravilhosa, mas a frustração de ver várias boas ideias desenvolvidas pela metade.

I liked it and honestly don’t get all the hate. The musical aspect makes perfect sense in expressing the folie a deux phenomenon, especially since it starts to fade as Joker and Harley fall apart. I wish we’d gotten more of Harley’s backstory, though, considering her descent from psychiatrist to madness is one of the most interesting stories in the Batman universe.

Two years later, I have a whole new appreciation for this. I've changed, as the characters change, and it affects the whole experience, just as the movie correctly points out it changes relationships in general. I feel like this will mean more and more as I rewatch it throughout life; it's a beautiful portrait of love, intimacy and loneliness that will probably never get old.

So good, but so heart-breaking. A delicate way to portrait a delicate issue and a list of side characters that will make you care for every single one of them by the end of the movie.
