goddamn... i finally watched this! it's s been on my watchlist forever, and i just got around to it now 😭

well... at first, Arrival seems like an alien movie, but it's really about time, language, and choices. the biggest twist? what we thought were flashbacks were actually glimpses of the future. the wild part? she actually lives by what Ian said, but Ian doesn’t when reality hits.

man... this movie is about choosing love, even when you know it'll hurt.
