This movie is cute, it seems more realistic to me. I don't know why I cannot stop watching war movies when it makes me cry so easily. I just think of all the people who's lives where changed forever. I mean and they just had to get over it. They saw bombs and fighting and people being stripped of everything for years and they have to get over it in weeks. i had to watch it again for the anniversary. i adore this with my whole heart. yes im glazing this movie and im proud. the characters the outfits like come on. the face cards have unlimited amount. i think this can be very applicable for teenagers in any time period, the adults not understanding, the inner battles.

i think jim is a good character hes emulating what he feels a man should be and he gets upset because his dad isnt doing what he thinks hes suppossed to. i love judy and plato i relate to them alot. judys dad pulls her in and out. shes too young for lipstick yet shes too old to kiss him, which one is it?? and plato reminds me of johnny from the outsiders it does not help sal mineo and ralph look like father and son the characters both have that innocence about them. sal mineo actually did mismatch his socks on accident but i think it fits plato so much. i do think its bad he killed the puppy babies but i dont think he is evil for that, he felt upset beacause the puppies had the love of a mother he could never have and he took that away from them. i think plato had a crush on jim too, jim judy and plato were like a little family and plato liked that and i like that!!

this is such a beautiful movie i love the outfits too rachel is pretty and i knew the mum was so familiar shes jackie from sharp objects and andy is blake livelys brother?! hairwoman looks like Isabella Rossellini
too, and the flashbacks did remind me of sharp objects too. the history teacher was horrid

i wonder did hair woman go through something terrible like melinda beacause they started to look alike and then their makeover was beautiful to see. people just didnt listen to melinda and if the girls were here real friends why didnt they ask her or think maybe something bad happened since her mood was the complete oppisute after her abuse... and when she finally started talking more it was like being a mummy and seeing your daughter grow up. this movie reminds me of the beginning by flawed mangoes the acoustic version.

the color pallette is so beatiful and the pov shots sometimes are like at kid height. its just so perfect like omg. the colors were like candy. i was immersed like all the kids were so great and the dialogue was natural. i felt so bad when dicky had to give his toys away. it was so nostalgic, kids are so energetic and full when i was a kid i was like jancey.

I have had letterboxd for a whole year. i never watched a movie adapation where i have also read the book usually i just watch the movie. its so weird like you know whats going to happen but you dont know how the movie will portray it so its still new.

i dont know why cathy, linton, and hareton are not there like i think they are so important. larry kinda ate this like he do remind me of heathcliff attitude wise. i felt bad for him here more than when i read it. merle delivered like she is so pretty. the longing wasn't intense enough, this book is just hard to do on screen especially with just the first part of it. i know vivien wanted to be cathy i think she fits cathy very very well but merle did great they did really good here, like i was so stressed i just wanted to push edgar and grab cathy and heathcliff through the screen!!!

people said this was like secret ceremony and it kind of is if you've seen secret ceremony you will notice some resemblance so i love that. Sissy Spacek and Mia Farrow do the weird girl zoned out vibe so good. this movie was made from a dream and thats exactly what is is like. all 3 of them are so pretty i love their dresses. rest in peace shelley duvall

the husband cute but i understand it he was love with her but just wasnt giving her that umph. i like her outfits it reminds me of trash magic the song

when carrie was dancing around with the doll all in a daze i almost cried like as a mother whats wrong kids dont choose to be born. i shouldve read the book but im damn near illiterate
