Dune Part 2 is the reason I love sci-fi. Dune Part 2 is the reason I love movies in general. The first one was already incredible. This blew that one out of the water. This movie will culturally likely go down as one of the greatest blockbuster sequels ever made. The already amazing atmosphere and visuals of the first are just built up on even further. The colors are bolder and the all the alien productions are freaky as fuck. The 2nd half of this story is emotionally gut wrenching. I cannot imagine being one of those people who thought the first was boring and distant. Paul as a character is tragic and his arc is thrilling to watch, even when it destroyed me to view the events play out. If you know you know! Zendaya has always been a good actress obviously, but this is like by far and away her best performance. Austin Butler is a FREAK!!!! And I loved it! Literally everyone in this was great. Idk I have nothing but great things to say about every part of this film. I'll wrap it up and stop the yapping. Masterpiece!
