The public transit enthusiast in me was not a big fan of prioritizing the continuous flow of traffic over other forms of transit, but the urban planner in me really enjoyed watching a documentary on the inner workings of the development of a plan to combat any urban problem. Kudos Havana Planning and Traffic department.
