2025

★★★★ Watched

Yes, it's quite convoluted. Yes, its primary goal is to constantly remind us that artificial intelligence is already breaching public information and confidentiality (which is a good thing because people need to stop using AI, especially generative ones). The Bling Ring

2013

★★★ Rewatched

A Business Proposal

2025

½ 1

This film is an example of instant karma, as it fails because of a few things: the actors' arrogance, the producers' gaslighting, and the fact that they're not prepared enough to deliver an excellent remake from any aspect, most notably the acting section. It's barely saved by a cast of ing characters that can provide comedic one-liners in contrast to the main cast, who cannot, in their extensive professional resume, carry A Business Proposal to sell it as an entertaining romantic-comedy film.

Captain America: The First Avenger

2011

★★★★ Watched

Chris Evans' charismatic take as Captain America should be applauded. His boyish, good-natured charm is the reason why the film and character themselves are so enjoyable to watch; otherwise, it would've been a dull period piece of a second-rate superhero.
