The whole play within a tv program element did nothing for me, and at times pulled me right out of it. Combined with an obnoxiously loud theatre audience, laughing uproariously at things that weren't even remotely funny, I left underwhelmed. Looking forward to rewatching in the peace and quiet of my own home to really form a solid opinion.
