Haru

Haru is one of the few films that I personally relate to. It's a film that still is relevant to this day even though it was at the dawn of the internet! I've had a lot of online acquaintances but only so few were considered good friends. Although there were two people that I considered to be true friends through my journey in LB and life, I won't state their names here but they helped me through tough times and watching this film made me think about those two friends. I hope those two read this review one day, and watch this film too.

I would give this more stars, but alas I cannot due to letterboxd. People say Spirited Away or Totoro or even Grave of The Fireflies are the best Ghibli films and they do have a valid point, but for me I believe that Princess Mononoke is the best one out of all of the Ghibli classics, maybe there are flaws that I had missed but it really kept me hooked and never disappointed me at all. There is something special…
