the way people described that one scene i expected some batshit crazy gore and deaths like a piranha (2010) type of thing

it's definitely as crazy as that one scene in terrifier (2016), but i guess i assumed i would see more of that throughout the film rather than just towards the end

don't get me wrong the scene definitely made me hold my breath, but if anything the sounds of the cave dwellers footsteps creeped me out the most

overall as a film, it's just ok, and it's also my first western film so not sure how to feel about that

i did enjoy richard jenkins' performance
