Was this completely bias and targeted, yes but it was still a really fascinating look at Trump with 2 amazing performances from Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong. I loved the 1970’s look the movie had and it really transports you to New York in that era. Sebastian Stan goes through a great arc in the film and he slowly starts to look and feel more like Trump as the movie goes on. Really good movie but I understand why this bombed because it’s just not really a pleasant story and nobody wants to watch a movie where Trump is the main character even when he’s painted as the villain.
