There is life before Dune Part 2 and life after. You come out a changed man. I have no clue how it’s possible to make a movie this good. Timothee Chalamet is one of the biggest actors right now for a good reason. He’s leading characters that are far older than him but he feels so natural. I had no idea Austin Butler had this in him. He was actually scary.

In every technical aspect this movie is utter perfection whether you’re talking about the cinematography, production design or sound design. That score hits so hard and elevates every scene. I could have watched 3 more hours of this.

Epic is too small of a word. This will probably still be my favourite movie of the year by the end of the year.
