My two favourite movies of 2024 have Timothee Chalamet in them. It helped that I’m a Bob Dylan fan but I thought this was really great. It perfectly captures the time period and Timothee Chalamet is the goat. I haven’t seen The Brutalist yet but for now I want him to win the Oscar. The ing cast is also great with the standout being Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash who I think perfectly captured what he was like. This deserves to be in the conversation for best music biopic.
