Very beautiful that we packed the house at 9:00 pm through torrential thunderstorms to kick off the rebirth of Mondo Moxie with this great film. Everyone was on the right wavelength, even with an audience decently littered with those who raised their hands saying they hadn’t seen Gummo before. Fitting that this showing popped off even through our own threat of a possible tornado.

I made this film. It is my first, an experimental short made while trying to capture pure inspiration: an exploration of atmosphere, serial drone, digital video synthesis, the slowness of death echoing, trapped souls, stillness, nature, seared retinas, the act of seeing beings... I am a bit nervous to put this up here, but thought I would expose it to the world a bit more. Thank you to anyone that takes the time to check it out.
