]]>They were just throwing shit at the wall and were seeing what stuck and dammit I think everything stuck
]]>🥯
]]>God I just LOVE movies where everyone is the worst person alive and completely insufferable
]]>Harrison Ford is not a good Thunderbolt Ross at all. Almost as dull as the plot and the color correction. Like Black Widow, the plot was a few years too late to really make all that big of an impact. So glad I didn’t spend any money to watch this.
]]>Imagine how many issues could’ve been solved back then if people were socially allowed to be lesbian lol
]]>The Charlie Sheen classic of adding too many unnecessary pauses in between lines
Sound design carried this one.
]]>Hhhhhhhoooooooooollly shit my jaw was on the FLOOR
]]>This review may contain spoilers.
The Easter eggs were just amazing. And these installments just keep getting better and better. I really found myself getting invested in all of these characters. Especially Bobby.
Also that little kid was totally death personified, right? There’s no way he isn’t.
My dad is a neuroradiologist so I told him about the MRI scene only for him to tell me that piercings are not ferromagnetic and now that whole scene is ruined for me thanks dad
]]>So happy they actually agreed to watch this with me. Even if all they did was laugh about how bad Whannell and Elwes are at throwing things.
]]>I want nick Cage to keep taking whatever weird fucking roles he can get. That’s a man who’s having fun with his career
]]>Bitches do love pancakes
]]>At least it isn’t a pointless sequel that actually expands upon the world and the lore. Nothing groundbreaking and not as good as the first, but I actually liked this one more than expected.
]]>This should be a mandatory fate for all incels
]]>Men ☕️
]]>Needs more Will Poulter
]]>Acting was soooooooo bad. Would be a solid 5 if it wasn’t for the constant awkward smiles in every scene
]]>Good thing I was too much of a dweeb to actually bully anyone in high school
]]>If I started spewing lube and Christian counseling ads out of nowhere just take me out to the back and shoot me like a horse with a broken leg
]]>I hate going into movies with interesting premises to have half of it taken up by the same old same old family drama plot lines. Please, just shake it up and stick with the already interesting idea you came up with
]]>There’s a better movie somewhere in here. Got so close then tripped at like the ten yard line. Nice soundtrack though.
]]>Early 2000s humor was wiiiiiild. Wish it ended a few minutes earlier to try and keel the story a little more impactful
]]>I never wanted it to end. Just absurd enough to be charming and just cheeky enough to be endearing. I wish I could spend more time with David Byrne and his big ass hat
]]>The kind of movie you put on while you cook dinner or clean the house. It’s better watched half distracted so you don’t zero in too much on how bad that dialogue is.
]]>Women staring into the camera for an hour and a half straight sign me up
]]>Damn girl your lab safety sucks ass but dw I’d still hit
]]>The unspoken horror of “how do you do fellow kids” ass memes is a genre I never knew could be tapped into
]]>Love Will Poulter and the effects and also Will Poulter but damn have the writers ever held a conversation with a human being at any point in their lives
]]>The music was definitely my favorite. Part circus, part house of horrors. This was a solid film, and yet another reminder that I need to branch out and watch some older stuff.
]]>I knew that last shot was coming but it still genuinely scared the crap out of me
]]>Watched on Thursday April 24, 2025.
]]>I am genuinely blown away. If I went back and told myself from January that this would be at the current top of my list, I would just laugh. But damn, it’s nice to be pleasantly surprised.
That scene of the musician summoning all the spirits is definitely gonna be my favorite scene of 2025. The camera work, the music, the lighting, it’s just amazing.
I’m so happy that my theater was packed full for this. I want everyone to see this and see just how great it can be. I’ll be thinking about this for the next few weeks at minimum.
]]>What a nice little throwback movie this was. Flashy but not over the top, narratively tight but not dull, charismatic yet not pretentious, stereotypical but not cliche. Nothing went above and beyond, but it was still a decent storytelling success.
]]>The way snoopy says hey to the little bunnies makes me smile every time

This movie is a religion in my family. Signed merch, coordinating shirts, and a vacation out to Oregon to see where they filmed it.
Is this being generous? Maybe. Is this blinded by nostalgia and self indulgent? For sure. Do I care? No sir.
Amazing to see so many successful and well respected actors in their infancy just having some fun and running through obstacle courses. What a fun and silly time they everyone should take the time to watch.
]]>Dude my heart is still hammering. Mid movie but it certainly has its moments.
]]>Ending was pretty good, but the movie itself was mostly just an hour and a hard if slowly peeking around corners. Bit too much of a slow burn got my tastes.
]]>Sometimes it’s just you and your emotional jacket against the world
]]>Not winning any awards or changing any lives, but it was a really fun time overall. Jack Quaid has been killing it these past three or so years.
]]>My whole theater was packed and I think there were only two people in there under the age of 16. Gotta love college towns.
The second Jack black said chicken jockey a group of five guys in front of me cheered and threw their popcorn at the screen. Thank god I was out of the splash zone and got it all on video. I know those poor little kids in their creeper hats in front of me were beyond confused.
The zero to hero song is unironically a banger and will be on my playlist now.
The queerbaiting had to be intentional but I think it’s funnier to believe it wasn’t.
Overall, if I was watching it alone in my apartment I would hate every second, but because I was in a packed theater in a college town with all of my friends by my side, it’s the most fun I’ve had at a movie in years.
CHICKEN JOCKEY!!!!
]]>Pretty good, but I really was expecting it to be better. Had a lot of fat that needed to be trimmed. Would probably rank it a bit lower, but Pattinson was a delight as usual in this, so I’m willing to be a little softer on it.
An unironic Wilhelm scream is always appreciated as well.
]]>Just watch Greener Grass. At least it’s more memorable than whatever this was.
]]>This movie tries to make you cry in so many parts but the only part that got me to shed a tear was the thought that we lost the ability to buy whoppers for 75 cents
]]>Watched on Sunday March 30, 2025.
]]>All sizzle and no steak with this one. Wants to say something so, so badly and it just can’t pull itself together enough to say anything at all
]]>Edible kicked in right as the chair started floating
]]>It still goes just as hard on my tiny apartment TV screen as it does in imax. Wicked was my first ever musical that I saw live in the theater and I it perfectly, but i really believe that this movie is a much better act 1 than the musical could ever give. That scene of her falling from the tower and staring into her past self is one of my favorites.
]]>This movie’s got an iron claw around my heart and tear ducts man
]]>Turning this off and going straight to the BYU game on March madness was insane whiplash
]]>I need to know what kind of scientific research went into making this in order to make it the literal perfect airplane movie
