I am an avid horror fan, having seen all of the cult classics and the newer favorites including hereditary, the conjuring 2 (aka the only one that is worth mentioning), etc. and this is one of the only horror movies that have shook me to my core. this movie is extremely underrated and I especially love the way postpartum depression is a main aspect of this movie. postpartum psychosis is a REAL FUCKING THING and while it definitely should not be portrayed as a ‘horror’ aspect I’m glad for this representation. and YA ITS FUCKING SCARY
