Amazing that Andy Milligan made a good movie. I was going to rate this much higher, but there's a point where you can see he thought "need to wrap this up" and there's a bunch of implausible murders in a couple minutes about 15 minutes from the end. It helps that he had actors who could act for once.
I met three of the actors in this film. Ed Wood's dialogue and some of his regulars, such as Criswell, appear in the barely-existing connecting story that links ten topless dances on a stage that's supposed to be a cemetery. One woman was attractive and one could dance, but you're seeing the same thing ten times. I'm not the audience for this: I've been to two strip clubs in my life, the second time to see if the depressing tedium of the first time was a fluke - it wasn't.
