good for what it was. nothing outstanding or anything super different from every other "we're going on a journey" film out there and the comedy was corny at times, but it was cute. the vfx towards the end was pretty cool though. watched this solely for john krasinski, and i love him and he was charming in this, but definitely liked him in other films better.

kill after kill. jaw drop after jaw drop. so glad i got to see this in 4DX, but i will say that i think my experience with sonic 3 in 4DX was better (but it also had more action, so it made sense that it would be more involved in 4DX). audience i watched it with understood the assignment. watching definitely made me wanna watch all the final destination movies again.

i love the "thing that isn't supposed to have feelings, ends up having feelings" trope, gotta be one of my favorite genres <3
