didn't like this film on the whole... not sure about Dakota Johnson's casting here, just didn't feel quite right for me. The story itself felt a little bit 'bland' and got quite predictable and boring towards the last 30 mins and I'm not sure if the commentary of discovering your sexuality landed with me the way it was intended

REALLY enjoyed this, Hugh Grant is so brilliant as a villain and I enjoyed the pacing! Could have had a few more horror elements as this movie felt very plot driven overall

i LOVEDDDD this movie, although i do think it could be 20-30 minutes shorter. i loved the comedy in the screenplay, and the casting certainly helps this as nicholas cage is brilliant in this. i love a good willem dafriend moment too, so points just for that LOL!!

such a sweet story, with a beautiful ending and some really great Wizard of Oz references which were v heartwarming!

the ending was so unsatisfying...but it's a beautiful portrayal of a Jewish immigrants experience and generational pain
