After a grueling wait, Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning is here and it's about as perfect as a conclusion to this story as I could ask for. I had some issues towards the beginning and I was questioning if I really should've trusted Tom Cruise one last time but by the end, everything pays off. This is an epic, emotional, and dare I say perfect conclusion to the greatest action franchise of all time.
Next up in my Mission Impossible rewatch/review series we have the last one before the potentially final one! Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning and this movie is a masterpiece. It's 3 hours of epic action, the greatest score in action film history, and insane Tom Cruise stunts! It's everything you could ask for from this franchise and the addition of Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, and Shea Wigham are all great standouts! This movie has the best of the franchise all around. The best ensemble, the best action, the best story, and the best stunts, but we'll see what The Final Reckoning holds in store for us tomorrow.
Next up in my Mission Impossible review series is Mission Impossible Fallout and man, I forgot how incredible this movie really is. The helicopter scene is a true achievement in filmmaking but even beyond that there's incredible stuff. There's a badass villain, there's even more jaw dropping stunts particularly the jump at the beginning of the film is one of my favorites of the franchise and even being just under 2 and a half hours long, the tension never lets up. It's a nonstop thrill ride!
Thunderbolts is a great movie! It's structured well, has incredible style, has some good hype moments, but I wanted more.
