Watched this on a plane and fear all of you are LYING

Really liked most of this, last 15 minutes was a bit too much for me.

She ate that up I wish I was a depiction of transphobia in the 80s ughh.

First time seeing this and I’m glad it was IMAX. 

Being in a class dedicated to Studio Ghibli has made it to where I come into these movies with more knowledge about their inception and history rather than the plot itself. I can say, this exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, Miyazaki through and through with its messaging.
