I must it I was sceptical whether I should give the MCU another chance after all the schematic self-referential stuff they threw at us.
But I have been entertained and never had to check the time or something. Great comedic timing and relatable characters. And the score hits deeply at times. I've been at the English IMAX 3D version, looked really good to me.

I think you should watch Black Widow beforehand, but I survived at least without having watched Captain America: Brave New World or Ant Man and the Wasp.

Pretty ok, I liked what they did with the colours in the second act.
And music by Ross & Reznor is always a great (if you like them).

I just returned from the cinema and still feel a bit thrilled after it, but I'd say this is a movie worth watching, especially if you like Alien/Aliens. It's not adding that much to the franchise but it's ticking off most of its boxes, and in a good way. I liked the production design most, they've made some smart choices which don't try to look "better" than the aforementioned movies.
