Final Destination: Bloodlines shocked me in the way it revised and restructured of the template / formula of the story - for this I give the screenwriters a massive applause. I Care A Lot. reflects society’s kill or be killed peripheral truths; the film tackles cynicism and hustle with big swings of twists.
Its subject matter is deeply thought out and mostly gets by without feeling like an “issue movie.” That being said, it mixes gender dynamics (because I’m a woman, he-she doctor, threats) with sexuality and Marxist issues.
