We can all put up with the ascots and the pomposity, the Orson Welles obsession and the egotism, the wrongheadedness and the fetishization of famous old people if it means we also get PAPER MOON.

The best Bogdanovich. The best of either O'Neal (or any O'Neal/O'Neil/O'Neill, including Shaquille, Ed, Patrice, Tip, and Jermaine), just the best. Cannot speak more highly of this movie, kinda strange that this is only the second time I've seen this perfect film.

I loved this, the gold standard of the "how it was invented" genre. The best thing Glenn Howerton has ever done, same for Jay Baruchel. Matt Johnson is creeping up the ranks, ready for him to level up again.
