Absolute carnage. Leonardo DiCaprio was inexcusably robbed of the Oscar for his role as Jordan Belfort in this remarkable biopic comedy drama. Martin Scorsese made one of the greatest ever 3 hour epics with this film production. Nightwing04 has been recommending this film for the longest time (probably because he’s Texan) but I’m happy to report that I really enjoyed Hell or High Water.
I didn’t really know what to expect or what it was about, but I thought it was handled satisfyingly by David Mackenzie.
What I love most about this film is how there’s two partners on either side of the fence - there’s a clear understanding of who the ‘good guys’ and ‘bad guys’…
