good and disturbing… but pretentious and self-indulgent at the same time - Lars Von Trier’s better works looks at conditions from a melancholy analytical perspective. I intentionally set out to watch his depression trilogy a couple years ago, and i found them incredibly interesting. As this movie continued, the less “good” it became in my opinion.
