A bit too long, but never particularly sluggish, The Final Reckoning is a spectacle and a celebration of the franchise. The stunts are truly incredible, and if this does turn out to be the final chapter for these characters, the stunt team can rest easy knowing they went out with a bang. Story wise, it’s not the best of the franchise, but it’s far from the worst. In fact, in most aspects bar the acting and stunt work, it seems like it’s going through the motions. Never bad. Never amazing.

In all, it’s a solid finale worthy of this at-times insane series.

Particularly well shot and scored for a Marvel film, Thunderbolts* is a largely solid flick that could have benefitted from one more on the script. Still, it’s fun, engaging, creative, and exactly what I want out of Marvel.

There’s a real beauty in I’m Still Here, and not just in its aesthetic. It’s a heartbreaking film, but a powerful one.
