Sook-Hee goes through not one but two different La Femme Nikita type assassin training programs (no wonder she's so good at it!)
She's very competent in ordinary murdering situations, but when you add a layer of grief and revenge she becomes an unstoppable killing machine.
The opening and closing action set pieces are truly bonkers.

This is one of the most visually inventive and pleasurable films I've seen in quite some time (reminds me of "King of Jazz" in this respect). Twiggy looks like a 1920's drawing come to life, and Tommy Tune is like an animated string of spaghetti (any time he's on screen I can't look away).
The narrative is pretty slight, and doesn't maintain interest for the whole two plus hours length of the film.
