A big movie for the big screen that definitely lived up to my expectations. Chalamet really delivers on all the notes needed to portray Paul's evolution over the course of this film. Visually, this is a marvel.
I hope the Dune franchise doesn't linger past its prime, but at this point I'm all in for a trilogy. Villeneuve clearly has this property figured out and I'd love to see the rest of Paul's arc play out.
Javier Bardem was a big highlight for me. He plays his role pitch perfect in both films, but something about him just clicked for me in Part Two.
I love movies for grown-ups. Especially ones with surprise Léa Seydoux!
