In all this is actually a relatively strong entry in the Franco catalog. It’s straight forward with a slightly over the top villain (played wonderfully by Howard Vernon and his mustache).  The ending before the ending was not expected. 

We don’t get much in of blood but, while minimal, we do get some of that Franco-shot nudity.

Super low budget but it does its absolute best with it. Duke Ernsberger Really shines as our titular killer.

This is a beautiful film. I felt it deep in my core. 

Stay true to yourself. Try not to turn your life into a nightmare.

The fog.

The voice over. 

The clown. 

What a movie. 

The atmosphere drives this film which allows for a quicker watch than its already short 80 minute runtime. 

I don’t always comment on the format in which I watch things, but the 4K is absolutely beautiful!!!
