Got to see this on the big screen, and now I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is one of my favorite films of all time. Just pure fucking electricity for 3 hours.

Perfection.

Certainly in the running for the best sequel/reboot of a franchise ever. I’ve only seen the first rocky, but you really don’t even need that to enjoy this, tho the callbacks really do elevate it. That last fight gave me goosebumps. Coogler was the perfect choice to make this, can’t wait to watch the next two.

Is this the greatest dark comedy of all time? Also maybe the most significant, fully formed debut of all time? All debatable but what’s not debatable watching this in the theater is absolutely the best way to watch it. The hissing and clanking was deafening at times
