Peter Pants’s review published on Letterboxd:
I really liked this movie, it’s beautifully shot and has amazing set and costume design. The acting is good, and despite the anti-climactic ending that felt very similar to the end of the part one, still felt more or less complete.

How in the fucking hell does the whole sandworm transportation system work?
It’s like the most dangerous thing ever just for one person to get on a sandworm, and then later you see like hundreds of people, including older people, children and people in like baskets or something riding on their backs. How in the hell did they get on there? Is there a sandworm bus stop system they have set up? Do they drive them in circles so literally a hundred people can hop on over the course of an hour? I couldn’t not slightly obsess over this while watching this movie. A nitpick, to be sure, but one I cannot ignore.
Super worth a watch. The various societies and how they operate are fascinating to watch, the harkonnens are JUST the worst in the best way. Their black and white world, where having color makes you lower class, was very interesting!
