I just saw greatness, a masterpiece from start to the end, tge cinematography blew me away, the soundtrack with a theme of mystery, of suspense was absolutely epic, one of the best scenes i ever seen its The crop-duster scene was just unblievable, No music, no warning, just pure suspense. Hitchcock at his absolute best ,
the cast of the movie was phenomenal, Cary Grant as Roger Thornhill wa cool, perfect . His performance carries the film with both humor and intensity. Eva Marie Saint adds sense of mystery as Eve Kendall ، also the rest of the cast was great
Overall, this feature was masterfully, Hitchcock at the peak of his craft ,North by Northwest is one of the best films I've ever seen.

The usual suspects (1995) is a neo-noir mystery thriller directed by Bryan Singer and written by Christopher McQuarrie.
A story about five criminals who plan some crimes together. One of them, Verbal Kint, tells the story to the police after a big explosion on a ship. He talks about a scary crime boss named Keyser Söze. In the end, there’s a big surprise that changes everything.
I wasn't expected greatness, but this movie blew me away, it was a brilliant film , perfect from start to finish with a masterfully crafted plot . Kevin Spacey's acting especially was to much powerful , his performance as ( Verbal kint ) was unbelievable, the storytelling was wonderful, The twist at the end completely perfect. It’s one of those rare movies that makes you want to rewatch just to realize the plot .

Jackie Brown is one of Tarantino’s wonderful films. It’s definitely not his best, but it’s an underrated gem that’s absolutely worth all 154 minutes.

The soundtrack is amazing, the choice of music fits perfectly and adds so much to the mood of the film, on the cast , Samuel L Jackson was great also De Niro , otherwise i don't loved pretty much Pam Grier ,she wasn't that good to me, i can say that her performance was poor a little ....
Overall it's a great written movie with a high level of dialogue , with some funny moments ,i loved it .

The scene when Aragon said : "I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails ,when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship,but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the age of men comes crashing down,but it is not this day! This day we fight !" ( oh my god, i felt goosebumps).

perfection, My eyes can't handle this much greatness in just four hours , one of the best things i ever saw if not the best, it was just stunning , no more notes.

Oh my god, RAN (1985) is an epic historical film , directed by the genius Akira Kurosawa, i can't believe this was my first Kurosawa's film i see, it was unbelievable !

Visually, that's was Stunning... amazing, one of the most beautiful things i ever seen, just like i was walking to a museum , with Picasso's art , every frame like a painting , the score was wonderful, the scene when the castle is burning , that moment was goosebumps (!) , Also the performances of the whole cast was so great, so wonderful.

I'm exploring now more films by Kurosawa, hoping they will match the same level as this masterfully .

Dial M for murder is a classic 1954 suspense thriller movie , masterfully directed by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock, the master of suspense, An old tennis player plots to have his wife murdered for her money, but when the plan fails, he scrambles to cover his tracks only to be outwitted in a suspenseful twist. Hitchcock just made a masterpiece, the smart use of the camera angle to create some tension on the space, the score and soundtracks make the film full of suspense atmosphere , the dialogue also is something unbelievable, every conversation is important, that's the real meaning of Details, the cast was excellent, especially Ray Milland and Grace Kelly, who make a deep relation with a wonderful performance , Overall this film was stunning.

Sinners 2025 , was so so good. It’s a horror with some supernatural movie ,and it completely blew me away ,somewhat I don't really love vampires and monsters movie, but this is awesome . It’s definitely going to be in my top 2 best films of 2025 .
A story about two brothers who come back to their town to open a music club. But their young nephew, who is really good at music, starts attracting a vampire. The brothers have to fight to save their family and their town.
It’s insane how Sinners just came out a month ago and it’s already made it into the Letterboxd Top 250 best films. That really shows how powerful and good one , the cinematography, the score was so good, Michael B Jordan was so amazing with his wonderful performance , also the rest of the cast was not bad
But it had negative points, some scenes were slow a little, also the end was so quick after the deep story, i felt poor in some side characters and their stories,
Overall, it's an amazing and wonderful movie, until now , it's the best 2025 film .

With minimal sets and a simple storytelling, Tarantino crafted something unforgettable, masterwork. It’s proof that exceptional writing and strong direction can make greatness without a big budget .

that was a pretty funny movie, it had some lovely moments, but it doesn't quite stand out as one of the greatest comedies films ever , i mean it was good but not exceptional

Oh wow ! Memento is a brilliant psychological thriller picture , is one of the most creative movies ever made because of how it tells its story. told the story in reverse chronology make this so special.

Guy Pearce was so good,his wonderful performance was unbelievable, directed by Christopher Nolan, the genius, he was so great to make such a masterpiece like that, As the movie goes on, we experience the story just like he does without knowing who to trust or what’s real, make us thinking about the truth, memories and how we see and understand the world .

Le samouraï was a cool movie, closer to being great one , Melville made a beautiful atmosphere, i loved the choice of colours and cinematography,and the wonderful Alain delon , in theme of isolation, discipline ...
without saying much , the movie doesn't take me in as a picture talk about loneliness or something else, i see it as a vibe movie ,make me in good mode, not as a story of a killer or a hitman and his hard life ,

Amadeus (1984) was excellent , wonderful...
I have to say the movie overall was absolutely stunning. The music, visuals, and storytelling made it one of the most beautiful and moving music films I’ve ever seen. Truly unforgettable.
The real power of Amadeus doesn’t come from portraying Mozart as a glorious, heroic figure, but rather from showing him as a drunkman, reckless, and even childish man. The director doesn’t idealize Mozart—he presents him as a party-loving, and presenting Salieri, who fighting the god , full of jealousy,
Maybe i don't give it the full mark , just for the way big rivalry between salieri and Mozart compared with the real biography, it is just an extra dramatic effect and more emotions.
Overall, Amadeus it's easily one of the most perfect music and emotional intense films i ever seen !

holy shit Mann, heat (1995) is a masterclass crime thriller movie, one of the best heist films, if not the best.

This feature follows the parallel lives of Neil McCauley (Robert De Niro), a professional thief who runs a disciplined crew, and Vincent Hanna (Al Pacino), a detective determined to bring him down. After a high-stakes armored truck heist leaves several guards dead, Hanna begins investigating, slowly closing in on McCauley and his team...( what a end !)
Going to the visual side, is in high level of production, this film captures LA wonder atmosphere, with the great cinematography and the soundtrack , adds an emotional mood, .i never expected that the choice of colours is so important, the blue and the gray make a theme of loneliness and the deference between the right and the wrong,
This film delivers a strong dose of suspense and thrilling,
In the cast , as always , De niro and al pacino and their perfect performances , so much charisma, Val Kilmer was also so good,( i liked his performance in Tombstone more ) , directed by Michael Mann , he did a fvcking great job, how mixed the drama and the suspense, sadness and relationships, so so great.

( maybe i didn't give it the full mark because i found it slow a little, ) but it still a brilliant class film for sure .

Tombstone (1993) is a pure classic western movie so lovely.

I loved it so much, specifically the visual side , the cinematography and the soundtracks were so good , in the cast side, Kurt Russell and the Val Kilmet with there charismatic acting and beautiful moustache, directed by GP Cosmatos ,who did a great job .

What makes this film not perfect or closer to , is the downfall in the screenplays and the writing in the second hour , felt a little poor on it.

Overall , still a good solid film , well-made Western !

Once Upon a Time in the West stands out for its masterful ,directed by Sergio Leone, this is his fourth film i has watched ( after the Dollars trilogy) , and , it's Classic !

Ennio Morricone’s haunting score is unforgettable, the soundtrack is insane, especially the theme of " the man with the harmonica" , the cinematography, the camera angle, all this details make this film , one of the best western picture ever .

it was an enjoyable psychological horror-thriller picture directed by Brian De Palma.

De palma did a good job in this work , by the Hitchcocky way , but it was lacking sometimes , i was lost a little poor in some moments,

a pretty dramatic and romantic picture from sir Chaplin, like he said in the first, this is his first serious drama film , 1923, and what a start ! , this film takes emotional impact in the first place , this picture missed Charlie's acting, he did a great work as a director a writer even a composer , but , We needed his acting touch !

honestly, this is my first jean Luc Godard' film, and to be fair , it was a beautiful picture, twelve chapters (tableaux), every one has a story to tell , leading by Anna Karina and her great performance .wonderful visual experience!
