One of the sweetest, simplest yet most exquisitely told movies I've ever had the pleasure of watching- not a particularly sad film but one the brought me to the brink of tears with its sheer beauty and purity of spirit. I truly believe it to be Pixar's magnum opus, as it synthesizes so many of the studio's strengths: nonverbal storytelling, lending tremendous humanity to non-human creatures, and without a doubt the most gorgeous visuals and best love story ever put out by the studio.
