"If you had one minute left to live, what would you do?"
Source Code was directed by Duncan Jones (Moon) and stars one of my favorite actors, Jake Gyllenhaal. I liked this movie, I thought the pacing was excellent and the story was intriguing enough. I enjoyed the little twists throughout, and the performances helped accentuate the urgent tone this movie conveys. There is a decent amount of action and suspense, and with these elements, the movie moves along pretty quickly. Since the movie is only 85 minutes or so, this one makes for a swift, interesting viewing packed with surprises and questions around every corner.
If there was one glaring negative about the movie, I'd say the ending could've definitely been better. I feel like it should've ended in a different way and it would've been quite a difference, but a good one in my opinion. That being said, I was looking for a short movie with Gyllenhaal in it (can't forget about Vera Farmiga), and I'm glad to say that I enjoyed it.
