I guess I should judge this movie for what it was and not for what I wanted it to be, but it wasn’t really what I wanted it to be. Fassbender and Blanchett make a great couple but I guess I never felt a ton of tension or like the stakes were that high. Kind of a let down because I was really looking forward to this.

Torn because I really do think a lot of the sexualisation was gratuitous and exploitative but I did wind up enjoying it a lot more than I expected after the beginning.  Mikey Madison was obviously great but the big surprise star for me was Yura Borisov. Ending didn’t really land for me idk.

Easily and I mean EASILY the best MCU because it’s just a great sci fi film and because Chris Pratt still had that casual charisma that he seems to have lost.
