THE BEAUTY AND THE HORROR…
It’s so nice to see something I love treated well. Disney buried Star Wars years ago, most of the superheroes I liked as a child are jammed into franchise and streaming slop. I read the Dune series before the first film, as the marketing started. I’ve been dreaming of what this film would look like, could Dennis do Justice to Frank Herbert’s masterpiece? He has. Seeing this in the theaters in this moment is a truly special experience. Even if you hate Dune, don’t miss out on this it is a cultural moment and shift in the industry.
