“Tell me everything is gonna be okay.” - Captain Colter Stevens

Duncan Jones’ Source Code is a science fiction action film. The film follows Captain Colter Stevens of the U.S. Army, who is sent into an eight-minute virtual re-creation of a real-life train explosion, and tasked with determining the identity of the terrorist who bombed it. The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, and Jeffery Wright. 
  The film’s main quartet consisting of Gyllenhaal, Monaghan, Farmiga, and Wright all gives heartfelt, poignant, intriguing performances. The screenplay is fairly well-written and memorable, the characters have solid arcs and the ending stuck the landing. The cinematography and score is good. Overall, it’s an entertaining, fast-paced sci-fi action film.
