Very tidy and eloquent piece of commercial sci - fi. Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the most watchable actors ever as far as I’m concerned. The ending is a little sappy, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t make me smile.

There are definitely far worse ways to spend 90 minutes on a Friday night!
