i went in with 0 expectations after seeing that one clip and knowing his acting in the idol wasn’t great.. it was sooo much better than expected. a regular listener of him wouldn’t enjoy this as much as an xo fan who knows his discography by heart. the shots, scenery, quality, and jenna ortega’s acting were great, the ending was surprising and really did give thriller vibes. with that said, i’m biased cause i’d like the movie anyway just because abel is in it (:
