Raging against the patriarchy, but make it fun.
I don’t know if I have ever felt so seen in a movie as I did during America Ferrera’s monologue in this. (And the snippets from her speeches to the other Barbies were perfect too.) I want men to just sit with that speech for a few minutes. A day. A few minutes every day.
I keep trying to write more about this movie in a way that sounds somewhat eloquent but…

Took my three daughters to see this and the end was even more impactful with them sitting next to me.
