Realized I've seen this before but didn't realize who the director was at the time. This movie is lean, mean and even the credits rip and tear. The last big end credit is the real painting artist too, and that's just such a classy move with all this AI going around these days

It's like The Cat in the Hat but with the Ghoulies when they go to college so I should have freako loved this but it just didn't quite work for me..
Almost felt like the budget was too big and there's that missing DIY love that goes into these kind of movies

First time watching this at home was extra spooky because I took the replica party hand off our display shelf and held it on the couch.
I lost my sister to addiction so this movie will always hit different for me, guess that's why it surprises me when people don't go nuts for it like I do
