Reminds me of when I saw A Simple Plan in film school. Back then, Raimi was The Evil Dead / The Quick and the Dead guy, and it was a cool surprise to see him make such a great "grown up" movie. Genuinely dug this.

Longlegs has gotta be the most artistically uncompromised film I've seen this year. It's just so rad that Neon is continuing to push transgressive art like this into mainstream cinemas. I'm so envious of what Osgood was able to pull off here - there's really no other film like it.
