(GLASS BREAKING)

I always forget how ridiculously watchable this movie is.

Even at its darkest, it's a propelling, thrilling story about people who evince more strength and dignity than I could ever hope to muster.

I haven't watched this yet, but it seems very ambitious.

As I begin my viewing number four (4), it's important for me to share one vital thing that must frame your exposure to this material:

𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙮 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙚.

It is a layered and detailed and deeply human fairy tale.

Also: it is extremely fucked up and lots of implausible things keep happening that you're just gonna have to go along with because getting all mad about how science works will distract you from the point of the story.

Just. Like. In a fairy tale.
