Great movie. Beautiful cinematography with great foreshadowing throughout. Story was very compelling and emotional however I wasn’t fully entertained by the wrestling aspects of the movie though it was shot incredibly well.

This movie is spectacular in story telling and the characters included. Even more impressive that Sylvester was the one to write it and believed in the film enough to turn down hundreds of thousands of dollars for the rights when he had $100 to his name. The one problem for me is how fake the boxing looks which I know is a product of the time and limited budget/filmmaking techniques but they seem to understand that as well as the fights are quick and show more the emotions of characters than the showmanship of the fight.
