an animated disaster that, despite its popularity and message against commercialism of a holiday, appears to have had zero impact on the real world. inconsistent story telling (at one point, Charlie's sister asked him to write her Christmas list for her, also she doesn't know how to spell Charlie's name, but yet she's able to write in legible cursive to Mrs Claus?? it doesn't add up!), packed with bible thumping silly talk, and manages to somehow muddle the meaning of Christmas altogether. this is slop. one star for snoopy
