The Resident

2011

★★★ 2

The Resident from 2011 has a stellar cast ranging from great talents such as Hilary Swank to Jeffrey Dean Morgan to horror icon Sir Christopher Lee (Dracula himself). Despite the flaws with this movie, you cannot deny the casting. So pros there.

I also think the concept of the story is very good indeed.

The only bad thing I would say about this movie is that on a repeat watch it is not as good and is predictable, plus some…

Control

2007

★★ 2

Control from 2007 is a film which is all in black and white for me this film has both positives and negatives for me which guarantees it a 2./5.

Positives first

The acting of the main character is spot on. I watched previously interviews with Ian Curtis and the actor is spot on in his mannerisms and the way he acts this role throughout the film.

The ing cast are also very good and are good backup to Sam Riley…

Pirates Of The Caribbean, The Curse Of The Black Pearl is a great childhood film of mine and one that I had fond memories of, if not seen just why ??? 😂

Firstly I think the characters are the main benefit of this movie as they are just iconic from the brilliant , witty Jack Sparrow  played by legend Johnny Depp to Barbossa played by the great Geoffrey Rush…
