Not a perfect film by any stretch. But most definitely the perfect film a10 needed at this point of his career. The actor in him quite literally elevates a stock standard story into a theatrical spectacle. Tharun Moorthy is clever enough to build a simple premise almost trusting Mohanlal the actor to save the film. And boy does he do that.
