some of the ing performances felt a bit underwhelming, and i’m not entirely sure, but i occasionally got the sense that the dialogue was written with both english and turkish in mind. ironically, the line “maybe the text becomes the scene of the crime” might have actually come true here, because in these instances, the lines felt more natural in english than in turkish. that being said, it didn’t bother me too much, and considering the film’s international nature, it’s…
